While surfing the web for information on ghosts, it is hard to find a credible source. Many people claim to have been haunted by a ghost, or visited by a spirit. But ad mist all the exaggerated stories, real life documentation of ghosts is very compelling. Here are some pictures of spirits captured on camera.
1. "Girl on the gravestone": This is a very famous one, having been printed in both the Chicago Sun-Times and the National Examiner. It was taken on August 10, 1991 by a group of GRS members. The girl's outfit is old fashioned and parts of her body appear to be transparent. The team members were the only people in the cemetery.
3. "Old Lady In the WIndow": Taken by the son of the man working on the roof, the image of an old women showed up in the photo. The owner of the house, an elderly women, had passed away three months before. The new owners had hired them roofers to fix the roof, and no one was in the house at the time the picture was taken.
4. "Red Spectre in the forest": Looking to take pictures of nature, the photographer set out in the forest. The red image is the shape of a human being. The sunlight could not have caused this effect.
5. "Hampton Court Ghost": This photo was captured by the security system of the Hampton Court Palace in England. The palace was built in 1525 and was one of the homes of King Henry VIII. This photo was printed in the Chicago Sun-Times in 2003. The ghost of Jane Seymour has been notorious for haunting Hampton Court, due to her death there while she was in childbirth.
I believe that people see ghosts only if they choose to believe in them but no one will believe you because there will always be skeptics.
ReplyDeleteI believe that people choose to see ghosts in a way that they choose to believe if it is a real picture or somehow changed to look that way. The only photo within these 5 that really captured me and made me have chills is the men on the roof and the old lady in the window. This scared me the most because the old lady looks so real and alive just watching them work that it freaked me out so much. I hace always been frightened of this happening to me also. That I would move into a new house and suddenly it would be haunted by someone that had lived there in the past. Like the house that I just moved into over the summer. The lady that had sold it to us had lost her husband to a stroke that he had in the house. I have always been afriad that I would see his ghost around the house and never want to live there anymore. I dont believe in ghosts but if I were to see one that looks as real as the old lady in these pictures I might have to start.
ReplyDelete"Shopped" images and videos have become so prominent in today's world, that I find it almost impossible to rely upon evidence such as this to prove ghost's existence. It's all up to the individual to determine whether they are real or not.
ReplyDeleteI know everyone gives pictures a hard time because a lot of people fake them, but these are at the least good examples of what they should be. I’m not saying these are fakes, but a lot are. I know I have had some weird occurrences at my grandma’s house over the years so I am willing to believe in this kind of stuff. These pictures are really creepy and they remind me of the creepy stuff that happens at her house.
ReplyDeleteThese pictures are so cool! I know a lot of people will say they are fake but it's just what you choose to believe. I think I believe in ghosts and I love watching scary movies and shows on SciFi like "Ghost Hunters". I think these pictures are real because my dad took a picture in a graveyard and a white figure showed up after in the background. It was a cloudy day so a glare from the sun was not possible.
